Young’s Brewery tasked us with assessing the potential of one of its popular pubs in Covent Garden.  A number of practical considerations, such as maintaining operation of the trading areas were dealt with in order to add four additional storeys to the original building, a net spatial gain of c.6000ft2 [560m2]  to be used for residential sales or potential sleeping accommodation etc.
