Beckenham

Our 27 unit new build residential development in Beckenham has recently been completed. Comprising 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed flats, the design maximises the potential of the site by responding to local typologies, dividing the mass into two blocks and steeping down in scale to the rear. Ornamental brickwork, metal balustrades and variations in line and form have all been incorporated into the design to provide interest and practical solutions to design requirements. Use has been made of prominent gables and traditional roof forms to articulate the massing in a sympathetic fashion.
