We are an architecture, urbanism and interior architecture practice that specialises in maximising the potential of properties and development sites in and around London. Formed in 2009, Urban Infill is recognised as one of the most prolific London architecture and design studios. With considerable experience within all London boroughs, the practice has a deep knowledge and understanding of local planning policies. Our work is predominantly in conservation areas and/or with listed buildings; our careful analytical starting point ensures that successful planning applications lead on to innovative architectural solutions and exemplary interiors.
Urban Infill has worked with a wide range of clients from private individuals to global property investment companies that seek to realise the full potential from their portfolios.
All designs are carefully developed to suit their environment with a multi-faceted design approach, ensuring each scheme is unique to its context, achieving the best flow, light and space, while the objectives of the client are met. We are experienced in and relish working on projects of all scales, whether it be a compact but luxurious pied-a-terre in central London or a commercial property portfolio providing thousands of square meters of Grade A office space our obsessive design approach remains the same, leading to projects that we are incredibly proud of.

U.I. Projects focuses on interior design and special design commissions. The portfolio includes a number of unique private residences, a masterplan for an exclusive marine resort in Thailand, as well as the branding and stage design for London’s biggest ever live music event, BT London Live, which ran throughout the 2012 Olympic Games.
